  29. If you are running on a Pentium Pro then any application that is not 
  30. compiled 
  31. for 32-bit (Win95 or Win NT) will most likely run slower on your 166 than if 
  32. you were running on a 486 or Pentium at, say, 150 MHz..

  34. Speed Razor Pro is a true NT app. Premiere 4.0 is a 16-bit app for Win31.

  36. There are now several other video editors but they are tied to 
  37. specific video cards:

  39. DVision Pro 2.1 - out for NT Intel, needs a dual P-90 machine 
  40. High Impact 1.0 from AVID - out for NT Intel, needs a Targa2000 card 
  41. Video Action Pro - has promised a 32-bit version but not released one

  44. Windows NTgraphics software & utilities?
